A: Currently we are going through quite challenging proces of token swap. HKN token was created back in 2017 and it was quite successful for 1,5 years and generate to ICO investors up to 800% profits
In the beginning of 2019 we understood that in order to make next evolution step for our token we need to fix our tokenomics and introudce new product and incentives to token holdersthat we the time when we started to work an Hacken.ai application and designing HAI token.HAI token is a utility toen at the first place, minted on Vechain blockchain. and its primary purpose is subscription to HackenAI cybersecurity application services and marketing tool for user acquisition campaigns. Today HAI just started its life and first day of it trading will be on 27th of April at Oceanex.pro exchange

What kind of work did you do to spread your project to global? Can you tell us

A: In crypto world we are quite famous for our security work. We have worked with top blockchains and cryptoexchanges and continuesly get new requests for security work

Our plan is to list at various exchnages HAI token and continuesly make more exchange users secure the network and reputation that we build for last few years allow us to smoothly list token where we want.

A: Maybe I will say not very popular thing, but I wouldnt overestimate the importance of blockchain in products of 2020. in todays world it is much more important to have great user experience and nice looking user interface, rather then existence of sometimes not very usefull blockchain feature
In Hacken.ai our main focus is on security and problem solving
than design
this are first priorities
My personal opinion is that the most important innovation that came from blockchain technology is BTC and altcoins. Today after the crypto winter lots of us are disappointed with all altcoin dumps. That all of us experienced
I lost lots of money due to altcoins dumps. But it doesnt mean that there are no great sustainable tokenomics that allow to distribute the project sucess to its users through native token. We really believe in that and thats our goal.

Now that IEO is finished, what do you think could have affected the success of the IEO apart from the attack on OceanEx? How could you improve user adoption of HackenAi and attract new investors?

A: There are few things that we could done better:
1. Better communication over presale investors and HKN holders swap. We think that lots of investors were afraid of potential dump that could happen in the first days of trading. We shoud better communicate over who was our presale investors and their lock up periods that exists. That should be underlined
2. We could have done more transparency over circulation supply and how it is regulated. I think this is critical question and this is what we are working on right now. We are going to present a formula in a few days that will likn our circulation supply with user and stakers base number
3. Our mistake on demand. We didn’t release all prepared marketing bombs, because we were saving them for first day of listing. We were estimating that the sale will be more active and thus didn’t push hard enough. We had tremendous increase in our telegram group and other social networks and it was hrad to make such assumption correct due to lots of traffic from everywhere. I am not referring to factors that are not under our influence such as exchage, covid, ect. We always rely only on ourselves. Yes, the sale could have be better, but financially it is not a big deal to us. And as for the HAI IEO investors it is actually very good thing.
We know that there is deferred demand, especially from the countries that werent allowed to participate

What is the relationship between the HKN and HackenAI? I see there is a swap process between HKN and HAI. What is the process like? When I hold many HKN, is there any incentive?

Users will have to do few educational courses and choose what swap ratio they want to apply in order to get HAI tokens.
there will be few options:
- 1:20 ratio for immidiate swap
- 1:25 for 3 months lock up
- 1:30 for 6 month lock up
- 1:40 for 1 year lock up
We are going to release few articles about HAI utility and staking opportunities closer to swap date
thus everyone will have time to make a decision what ratio to shooes.

I dont want to comment first 2 weeks of trading at OceanEx, because it is very sensitive topic. Everyone shall make his own decision but definitely there will be price protection measures in place when depostits are going to be allowed at OceanEx. Current HKN holders are with us for very long time

A: Again maybe I will say unpopular thing. In my opinion DeFi projects cannot be more efficient than centralized ones
when you deal with finance especially lending industry you need to have all internal and risk management controls properly set if not — you will go bunkrupto very soon . TBH I didnt see any deFi project yet, that has a sustanaible business model. yes there might be some hype ones
that can give some quick incomes to participants but that will not last long while with HackenAI we build something completelly different We build project centrally with deep focus on security and quality. And we make sure that this prodcut solves real problems and is needed to everyone and we use our loyal community of early adopters and stakers as a sales channel pitching Hacken.ai app to a friend is much easier and fun rather a referral link to crypto exchange. thus we are sure that our active community memebrs will be able to make stable income from Hacken.ai by being proactive. all details about referral program are going to be released before 1st day of trading.

there are around 8 companies same calibr
1 year ago there were around 20 companies lots of died already. As for the Hacken.ai our main competitors are outside the crypto world — Dashlane, Lastpass, 1password Like a Brave browser we are born in crypto but we compete with traditional software companies.

Can you share with us some of the future plans, such as the marketing development plan and recent activity plan for the HackenAI team?

A: There are three main vectors of our work: B2C product development, marketing campaigns and HAI listing, B2B development. For Hacken.ai we have to major milestons: 31/07 we are releasing desktop version with few important new features and we start paid subscriptio. 31/10 we plan to introduce full version with all decribed at our website features
Main marketing campaigns in upcomming moths will be around HAI listing at exchanges and and DarkNet monitoring tool. A: Our mission is to protect as many users as possible from loosing their assets in digital World. it is very painful believe me:) and the cybercrime rates are increasing very quickly. especially due to COVID when so many people are going to loose jobs. and this time they will go for crypto users and the first place. if you have ever registered at shity crypto exchange — 99% I have an information about your login and pasword and so do thousands of black hat hackers
and sooner or later they will attempt to hack you there is no doubt about itthis is way Hacken.ai is so important. and this is the problem that we are solving today.)

What is the next step now?
A: yes, we are a bit disappointing from one side. But this was just a first step for HAI life. Fund raising from IEO is not our main source of HackenAI application development. And for sure this step is not the most important the first day of trading and MVP release — this is something that excites us
having such smaller raise means it will more fun to work with initial supply. there will be less push on the sell wall
and more people will want to buy when trading starts. I want to underline once again — it will be much more fun to see how project with such low IEO is going up
